HP Corse strengthens BMW lineup with new R12 GS exhaust and titanium developments

  • New HP Corse exhaust for BMW R12 GS: available directly from EICMA 2025
  • Titanium bends for R1300 GS Adventure: in development, delivery starting soon
  • Z900 line in homologation: ready for street use with European approval
  • Expansion of production capacity: new machine for titanium tubes and faster deliveries
  • Future projects: new lines for CFMoto and Royal Enfield

At HP Corse, EICMA 2025 was fully dedicated to expanding the BMW GS range. The Italian manufacturer presents a completely new exhaust for the BMW R12 GS, featuring a refined mix of stainless steel and titanium, recognizable by the shorter silhouette and tighter fit to the subframe. For the R1300 GS Adventure, the next project is already underway: new titanium bends will be completed in the coming days, aiming for an even lighter and more heat-resistant setup.

New focus on titanium and immediate availability

To meet the rising demand for GS exhausts, HP Corse has acquired a new bending and processing machine for titanium. This allows them to produce more complex shapes with more consistent wall thickness and smoother bends. The company states that the BMW R1300 GS and R1300 GS Adventure currently rank among the best-selling lines, and they are fully committed to building stock to guarantee faster delivery times in 2026.

Z900 exhausts in final homologation phase

The popular HP Corse Z900 exhausts, already available in our webshop, are in the final phase of European homologation. They will soon be fully E-approved and officially allowed for street use in the EU. This makes them attractive for riders who want to combine the unique HP Corse sound with legal street application.

New markets: CFMoto and Royal Enfield

Besides established brands, HP Corse is focusing on emerging manufacturers such as CFMoto and Royal Enfield. The first prototypes are already in development, aiming for the same premium finish and acoustic signature that make HP Corse a favorite among European motorcycle enthusiasts.

Q&A

When will the new HP Corse R12 GS exhausts be available?

The first production sets of the R12 GS line are expected soon. Titanium bends for the R1300 GS Adventure will follow shortly after. The regular exhausts for the R 1300 GS Adventure models are already available!

What is the advantage of titanium bends?

Titanium is up to 40% lighter than stainless steel and better resistant to extreme temperatures. This results in faster cooling, less mass at the front, and a longer lifespan.

Are the Z900 exhausts already approved?

These exhausts are EURO 5+ homologated, so you can use them on the road without any issues.

Will HP Corse support more models?

Yes, besides BMW and Kawasaki, the focus will expand to new lines for CFMoto and Royal Enfield. This broadens HP Corse’s reach to fast-growing mid-range brands without compromising on finish or performance.
