Replace aged original hoses with a model-specific solution for your engine’s coolant circulation
Coolant Hoses connect components such as the radiator, water pump, cylinders, and expansion tank. They ensure that the coolant can circulate through the engine block and radiator, dissipating the generated heat. Over time, original rubber hoses can dry out, soften, or develop leaks due to age, heat, and pressure. In this collection, you will find model-specific Coolant Hose kits for replacing and upgrading the cooling system.
The collection consists of Coolant Hoses and related mounting materials from Samco. The kits are assembled for a specific engine model and include the shaped hoses needed for the particular application. This means you don’t have to modify a universal straight hose or force sharp bends in the material.
Depending on the engine, a hose kit may include connections between the radiator, water pump, expansion tank, and various parts of the engine block. Always check the individual product page to see which original hoses are replaced by the chosen kit.
The shape, diameter, and length of a Coolant Hose must fit exactly within the available space around the engine block. An incorrectly shaped hose can kink, run alongside hot parts, or be under tension at a connection. Therefore, it is important to choose a hose kit developed specifically for your engine, version, and year of manufacture.
A new hose kit is especially worthwhile when the original hoses show signs of aging or when the cooling system is drained during major maintenance. Check existing hoses for cracks, swelling, hard spots, and traces of dried coolant around the connections.

Do not use random hose clamps that are too wide, too small, or clamp unevenly. The clamp must apply enough pressure to prevent leaks but must not cut into or deform the hose.
Allow the engine block to cool completely before opening the cooling system. Collect the old coolant responsibly and clean the connections before installing the new hoses. During installation, ensure each hose is free and maintains sufficient distance from the exhaust, fan, and moving parts.
After installation, fill the cooling system with the prescribed coolant and bleed it properly. Then check for leaks while warming up and monitor the fluid level. If in doubt, have the work performed by an experienced engine specialist.
