The air filter box is located on many motorcycles directly under the tank or at the front between the frame. Parts of the housing or surrounding panels can therefore be clearly visible. With a model-specific air filter box cover, you replace or cover this standard finish with real carbon.
In this collection, you will find air filter box covers for various Ducati, MV Agusta, and Harley-Davidson models. Depending on the motorcycle, these are covers mounted on the left and right sides of the air filter box or one larger finishing part.
An air filter box cover is different from a complete air filter box. The cover is mainly an aesthetic part and normally does not change the internal contents, filters, or operation of the original airbox.
On many motorcycles, the airbox area visually flows into the tank, frame, and seat. A carbon cover can therefore create a strong connection between other carbon parts on the motorcycle.

For various models, the left and right covers are sold separately. Always check whether the chosen product contains one part or a complete set.
The shape of left and right can differ due to cables, intake channels, and frame constructions. The parts are therefore not interchangeable.
Some air filter box covers are placed over the original part, while others completely replace an existing plastic panel. Before installation, check which mounting materials are included and which original clips, rubbers, or bolts are reused.
For glued parts, the surface must be completely clean, dry, and free of grease. First, fit the cover without final fastening to check the position and fit.
A carbon airbox cover is mainly chosen for its appearance and light surface protection. Do not expect an improvement in airflow or engine power unless the manufacturer has technically substantiated this for the specific product.
If you are looking for an actual modification of the intake system, you need a complete air filter box or airbox kit instead of just an outer cover.
