Can I combine multiple products in one delivery?

Yes, orders are combined for shipping whenever possible. In some cases, products may be delivered separately, depending on the supplier and availability.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace link by email. You can also find it in your account, of course.

When will my order be shipped?

The delivery time varies per product and brand. You will always find an indication on the product page. Many parts are shipped directly from stock. Except for Eazigrip or exceptional cases, all products are shipped from our warehouse in Apeldoorn.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Our webshop is fully set up to handle orders from any country in the world.

Can I change or cancel my order?

This is often still possible as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do I have to pay import duties or extra fees?

Not within Europe. We ship from our warehouse in Apeldoorn, so there are never any additional customs or import fees due; the prices shown are final prices including VAT.

What happens if a product is out of stock at the manufacturer?

In that case, the product will be delivered later. We will keep you informed of the expected delivery time if it is longer than initially stated.

What does "delivery time on request" or longer delivery time mean?

Some products are specially ordered or produced. Feel free to contact us for a current estimate.

Product & compatibility

Does this part fit my motorcycle?

Our products are developed to be model-specific. Always select your exact motorcycle and year of manufacture to ensure a proper fit.
Please note that some products, such as turn signals or mirrors, are almost always universal and may require adjustments. The exception is Evotech Performance; all Evotech Performance products are tested on the specified model before being advertised and therefore fit the mentioned motorcycle (if original).

What if my model or year of manufacture is not listed?

Contact us — we are happy to help you determine if a product is suitable.

Are the products original or aftermarket?

We only supply high-quality aftermarket parts from premium brands. No imitations, no copies, only original products directly from the manufacturers.

Are the parts plug & play to install?

Many parts are available, but this varies by product. Always check the product information or contact us.

Are the parts suitable for street use?

This varies per product and application. If in doubt, we are happy to advise you.

Are all necessary assembly materials included?

All necessary mounting materials are provided where needed; for some products, original bolts/nuts need to be transferred from the part being replaced.
For most products, a mounting manual is available for download, which shows this. If you have any questions, we are ready to help.

Can I combine parts from different brands?

Yes, but watch out for compatibility. We are happy to help you put it together.

How can I be sure that I am ordering the correct part?

Carefully check the model, year of manufacture, and product description. Unsure? Contact us for advice.
Also always consider whether and which modifications your engine already has; each part is developed for the model it is advertised for, not for 'model-x-with-modification-y'.
