Water Radiator Guard

Water Radiator Covers

Replace standard plastic parts around the water radiator with model-specific carbon side panels

The water radiator is located at the front of the motorcycle and is surrounded on many modern models by plastic side panels and air guides. These parts finish off the radiator area and help visually connect the lines of the tank, fairing, and engine block.

  • Model-specific covers around the water radiator
  • Left and right panels as a complete set
  • Carbon versions from CNC Racing
  • Replacement of selected original plastic parts
  • Mounting on existing attachment points

In this collection, you will find carbon water radiator side panels for, among others, Ducati models. The parts follow the shape of the original panels and give the radiator area a high-quality and more technical appearance.

Cover or radiator guard?

A water radiator cover or side panel is mainly located next to the radiator and replaces a visible plastic finishing part. A radiator guard is usually a metal grille placed in front of the cooling surface to protect the fins from stones and insects.

Carefully check the product shape and function. A carbon side panel does not automatically provide the same stone chip protection as a full radiator cover made of aluminum or steel.

Carbon as a visual upgrade

The water radiator area is clearly visible on naked bikes and sport motorcycles. Replacing standard plastic with carbon therefore immediately affects the side view.

Preferably combine the covers with carbon tank panels, air intakes, front fender, and engine block covers in the same pattern and gloss level.

Matching Ducati Performance carbon

For suitable Ducati products, the carbon pattern and matte finish match the look of Ducati Performance parts. This allows new covers to be well combined with existing carbon parts.

Always check the brand and product series, as color, fiber direction, and surface coating can vary between manufacturers.

Do not block airflow

The water radiator must continue to receive sufficient airflow. Therefore, use only model-specific panels with the correct openings and air guidance.

Do not install a universal plate or film that closes off the front or outlet side of the radiator. Disrupted airflow can reduce cooling capacity.

Installation and clearance

Use the original rubbers, clips, and spacers when specified. Install carbon parts without tension and check the fit around the tank, fairing, radiator, and exhaust bends.

After installation, check that hoses and cables do not rub against any sharp carbon edges and that the cooling fan can rotate freely.
