Returns and Warranty

We are happy to help you make the right choice in advance. Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with European legislation.

Return Conditions

To process a return, please keep the following in mind:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and has not been assembled;
  • The product is in the original packaging, including accessories;
  • The order includes an order number or invoice.

Note: returns without prior registration cannot be processed.

Costs and Shipping

Return costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure your return is well packaged to prevent transport damage.

Exceptions

Products that are custom-made or produced on request cannot be returned. This includes parts that are painted in color or specifically assembled for you.

Sale items and gift cards are excluded from returns.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation. Upon approval, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days via the original payment method.

Damage or Issues

Check your order immediately upon receipt. If something is wrong, such as damage or an incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.

For transport damage, please report this within 48 hours, including clear photos.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our accessories come with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. G&G exhausts have a warranty of 2 years.

Even outside the warranty period, we are happy to help find a suitable solution.

MotoBatt Batteries

MotoBatt batteries come with a 12-month warranty against material and manufacturing defects. In practice, battery problems often arise from usage, such as deep discharge due to infrequent use, connected accessories (like an alarm system), or a faulty voltage regulator. These are not covered by the warranty.

The battery must be tested for assessment. In many cases, problems are usage-related, but we will carefully check this for you.

Exchanges

Want to exchange a product? The fastest way is to return the item and reorder the desired product. Please contact us beforehand so we can do everything on our end to arrange this as quickly as possible (for example, ordering or reserving the replacement product for you).

Cooling-Off Period

Within the EU, there is a legal cooling-off period of 14 days. During this period, you may assess the product as you would in a physical store. This means you may view and check the product for fit and finish, but you may not actually use or assemble it.

If a product is used beyond what is necessary to assess it, there may be depreciation. In that case, we reserve the right to charge for this depreciation.
