Carbon Wheel Covers for BMW Motorcycles
Replace standard plastic finishing parts around the wheel with a model-specific carbon cover kit
Wheel covers are striking finishing parts around the wheel that give the motorcycle a distinctive, motorsport-oriented look. Replacing standard plastic parts with carbon creates a more technical and exclusive finish that matches other carbon components around the motorcycle.

This collection includes wheel covers from Ilmberger CarbonParts, including a complete kit for the BMW S1000RR. The parts are shaped around the original wheel and brake configuration and replace the standard plastic parts intended for that purpose.
Black Diamond Carbon
Black Diamond Carbon has an irregular, marbled fiber structure similar to forged carbon. This gives each part a unique pattern.
The matte topcoat gives the covers a calm, technical appearance and matches well with other matte Black Diamond Carbon parts.
Prepreg carbon from the autoclave
Ilmberger CarbonParts uses prepreg carbon that is built up in molds and then cured under vacuum, pressure, and controlled temperature in an autoclave.
After curing, the parts are precisely finished and provided with a protective surface coating.
Model-specific fit
The shape of a wheel cover is tailored to wheel size, brake discs, brake calipers, front fork, and other surrounding parts. Always select the exact model and year of manufacture.
Different rims, larger brake discs, or different brake calipers can change the available space and thus affect compatibility.
No contact with rotating parts
After installation, sufficient clearance must be present around the wheel, tire, brake discs, and ABS components. The cover must not contact any rotating part during any steering or suspension movement.
Check the fit at full steering lock and, if relevant, during compression of the front or rear suspension.
Careful installation and inspection
Install carbon parts without stress and use all prescribed spacers and fasteners. Do not force the part if a mounting point does not align correctly.
Check the covers again for attachment, cracks, and clearance after tire changes, brake maintenance, and any contact or fall.
