Tire and Plastic Dressings for a Polished Finish
Restore the dark appearance of tire sidewalls, rubber, and plastic with a dressing that matches the desired finish
Untreated plastic and rubber can appear gray or dull over time due to sunlight, washing, and weather exposure. A tire and trim dressing visually restores the color and, depending on the product, leaves a matte, satin, or glossy finish.

This collection includes D-Con Dress 2 Impress and Dark Black Tire Gel. Dress 2 Impress is versatile for suitable plastics, rubber, and vinyl. Dark Black has a gel texture and targets a deeper, darker look for tire sidewalls and plastic parts.
Always Clean Thoroughly First
A dressing adheres best to a clean, dry surface. Old dressing layers, dirt, and greasy residues can cause uneven results or shorter durability.
Therefore, clean tire sidewalls and plastic first with a suitable tire and trim cleaner. Allow the surface to dry completely before applying a new dressing.
Matte, Satin, or More Gloss
The final appearance depends on the product, amount, and number of layers. A thin layer wiped off after a short drying time usually gives a more subdued finish.
For a darker or glossier result, a second thin layer can be applied after drying on suitable products. Avoid a thick, wet product layer.
Never Apply on the Tread
Tire dressing should only be applied to the sidewall of a suitable tire. Product on the tread can severely reduce grip.
When working on a motorcycle, be extra careful due to the curved tread. Apply the product to an applicator instead of spraying it directly and generously on the tire.
Not Suitable for Brakes and Controls
Avoid contact with brake discs, brake pads, handlebars, footrests, pedals, and the seat. Grip or friction is essential on these parts.
Wipe off excess product with a clean microfiber cloth and let the dressing dry before using the vehicle.
Test Material First
Test a dressing on a small, inconspicuous area, especially on matte paint, special coatings, and unknown plastic types.
Do not use the product on clear coat, carbon, or transparent windshields unless explicitly allowed in the product information.
