Shipping and Delivery Time

We ensure that your order is carefully packed and safely shipped. Parts are always securely packed in sturdy boxes with sufficient padding material, so they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping

Orders are shipped with PostNL and picked up daily. In most cases, your package will be delivered the next business day. Orders shipped on Friday are usually delivered on Saturday but may also arrive after the weekend.

Would you prefer delivery via DHL, DPD, GLS, or UPS? Please contact us, and we will explore the options.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. The track & trace code will follow shortly after, usually later that day or in the evening. This allows you to track your package at any time.

Delivery Time

Each product clearly indicates whether it is in stock or what the expected delivery time is. In-stock items are often shipped the same business day if ordered on time. For out-of-stock products, the expected delivery time is provided; if this changes, we will notify you separately. If no information is listed for a product, we are always ready to provide stock status and expected delivery time.

Transport and Damage

We pack every order with care. If transport damage does occur, please take photos immediately before and during unpacking. Without visual evidence, we cannot process a claim.

Damage must be reported within three calendar days of receipt, including photos. Unfortunately, reports after this period cannot be processed.
