Fuel Pumps and Parts for Reliable Fuel Supply

Repair, replace, or optimize your engine’s fuel supply with the right pump and model-specific parts

An engine can only start properly and keep running when the carburetors or injection system continuously receive enough fuel. The fuel pump plays an important role in this. If the pump, control, or internal contact points do not function properly, the engine may start poorly, run irregularly, or stop receiving fuel altogether. In this collection, you will find fuel pumps and related parts for maintenance, repair, and custom engine projects.

  • Complete fuel pumps for specific applications and conversion projects
  • Repair parts that allow the original pump to be retained
  • Model-specific fuel pump relays for correct control
  • Mounting solutions for a compact and neat installation
  • Technical parts from brands such as Mikuni, Tourmax, and WW/Resto

The range includes mechanical vacuum fuel pumps from Mikuni. These pumps use the vacuum from the intake system to transport fuel from the tank to the carburetors. This means no electrical power, fuse, or relay is needed. This makes a vacuum pump attractive for carburetor engines, restomods, and custom projects where a simple and compact fuel supply is desired.

Additionally, this collection includes repair and control parts for existing electric fuel pumps. For some older engines, the entire pump does not need to be replaced immediately. Worn contact points or a faulty fuel pump relay can be purchased separately, allowing the original pump to be preserved.

Replace the complete pump or diagnose the problem first?

An engine that is not receiving fuel does not automatically have a defective fuel pump. The cause can also lie with the electrical power supply, relay, wiring, contact points, a clogged filter, or the fuel hoses. Therefore, first check whether the pump is receiving power and whether fuel is actually being pumped.

For suitable older pumps, worn contact points can be replaced separately. This requires opening the pump and may involve soldering work. A model-specific relay is usually easier to replace but must first be identified as the cause. Measuring and targeted diagnosis prevent a properly functioning pump from being replaced unnecessarily.

Vacuum fuel pumps for carburetor engines

A vacuum-operated fuel pump works differently from an electric pump. Once the engine is running, the fluctuating vacuum from the intake system causes the diaphragm in the pump to move and transport fuel toward the carburetors. The pump’s capacity must match the fuel demand of the engine block.

For a universal or custom application, pay attention not only to the maximum flow rate but also to the position of the connections, hose diameter, available mounting space, and the existing vacuum signal. For certain engine projects, special mounting brackets are available that allow the pump to be placed in a fixed and organized position.

Check application, connection, and installation

Fuel pumps and related parts are not automatically universally applicable. Always check the exact engine model, year of manufacture, type of fuel system, and the technical specifications of the product. For a mounting bracket, also verify whether the fuel pump is included or must be ordered separately.

Always work cleanly during installation and prevent dirt from entering the fuel lines. Check hoses for aging, kinks, and leaks, and use fasteners suitable for fuel. Carefully test the complete system for leaks before using the engine again.
