Microfiber Drying Towels for Safe and Streak-Free Drying
Absorb water quickly without unnecessary rubbing over paint, carbon, glass, and other sensitive surfaces
After washing, water remains on paint, glass, rims, and hard-to-reach areas. When this dries naturally, visible water spots and mineral deposits can form. With a high-quality microfiber Drying Towel, you absorb the water in a controlled way and prepare the motorcycle or car for further detailing or protection.
- High absorbency for fast and efficient drying
- Soft microfiber for paint, carbon, glass, and chrome
- Large sizes for a spacious working surface
- Helps prevent streaks and dried water droplets
- Drying Towels from Monello and Chemical Guys
In this collection, you’ll find specialized Drying Towels from Monello and Chemical Guys. These towels are thicker and more absorbent than a regular polishing cloth and are specifically designed to absorb larger amounts of water.
The Monello Senza Acqua measures 70 × 80 cm and has a density of 600 g/m². The Chemical Guys Miracle Dryer measures 91 × 64 cm and combines a long and short fiber side. This allows you to choose a towel that fits the size of the vehicle and your own drying method.
Drying without rubbing hard on the paint
A Drying Towel works safest when the vehicle has been thoroughly washed and rinsed beforehand. Sand and leftover dirt can still be moved over the paint during drying. Therefore, first check that the surface is completely clean.
Place the towel on the wet surface and press it lightly so the microfibers absorb the water. On large flat areas, you can calmly pull the towel in straight lines over the surface. Hard polishing or vigorous circular rubbing is not necessary.
Use separate towels for different zones
Rims, underbody panels, and parts around the chain or exhaust can get dirty faster than paintwork. Therefore, preferably use a separate towel for these zones. This prevents brake dust, grease, or dirt from later ending up on a sensitive fairing part.
On a motorcycle, there are many narrow openings and edges. Use the Drying Towel for the large surfaces and then check mirrors, bolts, radiator edges, and fairing seams for leftover water.
Proper maintenance preserves absorbency
Wash microfiber Drying Towels according to the manufacturer’s instructions and do not use fabric softener. Fabric softener can form a layer around the fibers, reducing the towel’s water absorption.
Preferably wash Drying Towels separately from cotton towels and heavily soiled materials. Let them dry clean and store them in a closed cabinet or container. This prevents dust and sand from sticking to the fibers before you use the towel again.
