Carbon is visually appealing because of its high-tech appearance. It gives the motorcycle an exclusive look when high-quality Carbon is chosen. In addition, Ilmberger Carbon is very lightweight, reducing weight by up to 70% compared with the original fairing parts.
Carbon comes in many types and qualities, but only Ilmberger delivers the highest-quality Carbon with the finest finish.
Ilmberger not only uses high-quality Carbon as the base material, but also processes it according to the highest standards. All parts are manufactured from pre-preg Carbon (pre-impregnated Carbon fabrics) using vacuum bagging. This guarantees high strength and low weight. Attention to detail is the most distinctive element. At Ilmberger, the fabrics run neatly straight, the seams between the Carbon fabrics are barely visible, there are no unattractive black spots in the Carbon, and an effort is even made to ensure that the weave patterns flow seamlessly from one fairing part to the next. The fit of Ilmberger Carbon parts is excellent. All parts are supplied ready for installation, and we guarantee hassle-free replacement if a fairing part does not meet the installation requirements.
Ilmberger uses a plastic coating to finish its Carbon parts, protecting them against scratches and UV radiation. A layer of clear lacquer is applied over this plastic coating and polished after production for a mirror-smooth high-gloss finish.
Quality comes first at Ilmberger CarbonParts.
Ilmberger Carbon is known worldwide as the standard for premium Carbon motorcycle parts. Whether you are looking for weight savings, a sporty appearance, or motorsport-level quality — Ilmberger delivers uncompromising performance for the most demanding motorcyclists.
Every Ilmberger part is manufactured with a level of precision normally reserved for the aerospace industry. Thanks to the use of specially pre-impregnated Carbon fabric, each part offers exceptional structural strength with minimal weight. The optically deep high-gloss finish and perfect workmanship emphasize the exclusive character of every product.
The unique plastic coating protects the Carbon against external influences such as UV radiation, moisture, and dirt. This lacquer layer not only provides a visually impressive shine, but also significantly extends the service life of the part. Available in both matte and glossy finishes — depending on your preference and style.
All parts are supplied ready for installation and fit directly onto the original mounting points of your motorcycle. Thanks to the TÜV certification and included ABE, they can also be used on public roads in Germany and other countries where ABE is recognized without additional inspection.
