Each wheel is built from prepreg carbon fiber (fibers pre-impregnated with resin) and then cured in an autoclave under high pressure and temperature. This ensures perfect fiber orientation, no air bubbles, and high structural integrity.
The hubs are manufactured from CNC-machined aluminum, with precision down to one-hundredth of a millimeter. The result is a wheel that is not only extremely lightweight, but also exceptionally strong and durable.
Carbon wheels should not only look good and be lightweight - above all, they must be safe. The Reaper TEK is tested according to the strictest requirements: TÜV and JASO tests guarantee that the wheels can withstand the loads of heavy V-Twins. They also feature DOT E and JWL approvals.
The BST Reaper TEK is designed as a direct OEM replacement. This means you can replace the standard wheels one-for-one without extensive modifications. The original TPMS sensors are also compatible, making installation simple. The 90-degree valves are of the 90° Ultra High Speed type, specially developed for high loads and top speeds.

The pure form of carbon, without ink lacquer. Twill shows the classic diagonal weave, while Forged creates a marble-like effect. The black ink finish is not standard clear carbon, but a deep, dark tint that makes the structure even more intense. This is the most menacing variant - dark, but with the carbon visible.
