At Ilmberger, the fabrics are neatly aligned, the seams between the carbon layers are barely visible, there are no unattractive black spots in the carbon, and efforts are even made to ensure that the weave pattern flows seamlessly between fairing parts. The fit of Ilmberger carbon parts is excellent. All parts are supplied ready for installation, and we guarantee no-hassle replacement if a fairing part does not meet the installation requirements.
Ilmberger uses a plastic coating to finish its carbon parts, protecting them against scratches and UV radiation. A layer of clear lacquer is applied over this plastic coating and polished after production for a mirror-smooth, high-gloss finish.
