Specifieke kabel voor Brembo RCS en Corsa Corta rempompen

De Lightech RLEV014 kabel is de specifieke verbindingskabel voor gebruik met de Lightech remote brake adjuster in combinatie met Brembo RCS en Corsa Corta remhendels.

Deze kabel vervangt de originele verstelknop (zoals afgebeeld op de productfoto) en maakt het mogelijk om het aangrijpingspunt van je voorrem extern – en tijdens het rijden – bij te stellen.

Wat doet deze kabel precies?

Bij een standaard Brembo RCS of Corsa Corta stel je de vrije slag van de remhendel af via het kleine verstelwieltje direct op de pomp. Deze RLEV014 kabel vervangt dat originele mechanisme en koppelt het aan de externe Lightech remote adjuster.

Zo kun je – wanneer de remote adjuster links op je 22mm stuur of clip-on gemonteerd is – met je linkerhand het aangrijpingspunt van je voorrem bijstellen zonder het gas los te laten.

Voor circuitrijders betekent dat maximale stabiliteit bij het finetunen van je remgevoel. Voor straatgebruikers: betere ergonomie en eenvoudiger instellen.

Specifiek voor RCS – geen universeel kabeltje

Dit is géén universele kabel. De RLEV014 is specifiek ontworpen om de versteller te vervangen van:

  • Brembo RCS
  • Brembo RCS Corsa Corta

Gebruik je een Brembo Racing 19x18 / 16x18? Dan heb je de RLEV009 nodig. Gebruik je Lightech remhendels? Dan kies je voor de RLEV020.

Montage-informatie

Volgens de officiële montage-instructie (zie handleiding) wordt de originele knop en veer volledig verwijderd en vervangen door de Lightech unit.

Correcte montage is essentieel. Gebruik geschikte schroefdraadborging waar nodig en zorg dat de kabel vrij kan bewegen zonder knikken of spanning.

Dit betreft een performance-onderdeel. Degene die monteert is verantwoordelijk voor correcte en veilige installatie. Professionele montage wordt aangeraden.
