The CNC Racing TSU01 fuel cap core combines the premium appearance of a CNC Racing fuel cap with the familiar operation of a lockable key lock. The core forms the central part of the fuel cap and sits neatly and low in the matching TSB flange. This keeps the design sleek and understated, without a large or protruding lock on top of the tank.

The black anodized finish complements virtually any fuel cap flange color and pairs well with carbon, black fairing parts, and other technical details on the motorcycle. Combined with a red or gold outer flange, the core remains subtle, allowing the machining and the color of the outer edge to take center stage.

Compact keys with sturdy quality

The fuel cap core is supplied with two new CNC Racing keys. They are deliberately compact, so they take up little space on your key ring and do not unnecessarily tap against the top yoke or tank while riding. Despite their small size, the keys feel solid and provide sufficient grip for easy operation of the lock.

Preferably keep the second key in a safe place as a spare. This way, you will always have a replacement key available if the key you use every day is lost or damaged.

CNC-machined and precisely finished

The TSU01 is CNC-machined from solid light alloy and then given a black anodized surface finish. The precisely manufactured internal mechanism, seals, and sturdy locking construction ensure a reliable fit in the matching CNC Racing fuel cap flange.

The fuel cap core is supplied complete and, together with the separately available TSB flange, forms a complete CNC Racing fuel cap. The core is not suitable for installation in the original fuel cap or in flanges from other manufacturers.
