The EJK (Electronic Jet Kit) Module is a Piggyback Tuning Module for Motorcycles with Electronic Fuel Injection. It is installed between the vehicle computer (ECU) and the fuel injectors, altering the signal from the computer to the injectors in order to improve the bike's performance and fuel response. 

Most bikes come from the factory with sub-optimal fueling. They are tuned to the needs for environmental approach, not for optimal driving. And the ecu's are a closed system, you can't change anything to it as user. Yellow Fuel Feature Allows Fuel Adjustment When the Yellow Zone is Active which is typically killing acceleration conditions.
Red Fuel Feature Allows Fuel Adjustment When the Red Zone is Active which is Typically Duration Full Throttle Conditions.
GRN LWR SW PT Feature Allows Adjustment of When the Green Zone Engages. Typicalally related to an rpm value to determine if fuel adjustment should be allowed at idle or not.
Yel LWR SW PT Feature Allows Adjustment of When the Yellow Zone Engages.
Red LWR SW PT Feature Allows Adjustment of When the Red Zone Engages.
Accel Pump Fuel Feature Allows Fuel Adjustment When the Accel Pump is Active.
Decel Fuel Feature Allows Fuel Adjustment when the vehicle is de-accerating at a moderate to high rate.
GRN UPR SW PT Feature Allows Adjustment of When the Green Zone Shuts Off. Typically Relates to an RPM Value to Determine If Fuel Adjustment should be Allowed Above A Mid-Range Cruising RPM.
VCA SW PT Repeatens transition between factory open loop and closed loop. When the LED Display shows a Solid Blue Light in the 8th Position then the controller is interfacing with the ecu closed loop fashion. Fashion Rarely Needs to Be Adjusted.
Closed Loop Fuel Feature Allows Fuel Adjustment When the VC Zone is Active. Feature Implements an Indirect Fueling Method Where the O2 Signal is Being manipulated which Causes the ecu to make fuel changes. Only affects Fueling While ECU is in closed loop fashion.
VC Offset Voltage control offset. Given a sensor input signal between 0-5 volts this feature will offset the voltage a varying amount.
