CNC Racing verandert het begrip slipperclutch volledig. De klassieke slipperkoppelingen onderscheiden zich door twee methoden: ramp-up of ball-clutch, al of niet met spiderspring. Het nadeel van deze modellen is dat ze beperkte verstelbaarheid en mogelijkheid tot aanpassing kennen, en dat de slijtagedelen cruciaal onderdeel zijn van de koppeling.

Innovatief ontwerp

CNC Racing heeft het concept van de slipperclutch onder de loep genomen en een moderne uitvoering ontwikkeld, waarbij ze het het concept volledig verbeterd hebben. Bij deze koppeling kunnen de ramps naar believen aangepast worden en zijn ze eenvoudig te vervangen. Ontkoppeling vindt plaats door middel van een door een veer aangedrukte kogel, wat het minst slijtagegevoelig is. Door de hoek van de ramp en de druk van de veer op de kogel aan te passen, is de koppeling volledig aan te passen aan vermogen, gewicht van de motor en berijdersgewicht.

K.I.S.S.

Alles dat beweegt vertraagt, door massatraagheid en wrijving. CNC Racing heeft het K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple, Stupid) principe ter harte genomen. Bij het systeem van CNC Racing beweegt niet de gehele kern, zoals bij de klassieke slipperclutch, maar wordt alleen de topplaat van de koppeling losgedrukt. Dit zorgt voor minder wrijving en dus voor een soepeler ontkoppelende koppeling.

Aanpasbaar en persoonlijk

Elke koppeling wordt op bestelling gebouwd naar opgave. De ramps (kogelbanen) worden naar wens en behoefte gekozen, zodat de koppeling op jouw motor en bij jouw vereisten optimaal geschikt is. Alle onderdelen zijn los verkrijgbaar en zijn eenvoudig vervangbaar voor varianten, zodat aanpassingen achteraf ook mogelijk zijn.
