Deze CNC Racing quickshifter is ontwikkeld voor rijders die sneller, strakker en consistenter willen opschakelen zonder gebruik van de koppeling. Het systeem onderbreekt bij schakelmomenten kort de ontsteking of injectie, waardoor de volgende versnelling soepel en zonder aandrijfonderbreking wordt ingeschakeld.

De quickshifter maakt gebruik van load-cell technologie (strain gauge). In plaats van een mechanische schakelaar meet de sensor exact hoeveel kracht er op de schakelpook wordt uitgeoefend. Dat zorgt voor een zeer nauwkeurige en reproduceerbare werking, ongeacht rijstijl of belasting.

De sensor kan zowel druk (push) als trek (pull) registreren en is daardoor geschikt voor verschillende schakelconfiguraties en montageposities.

De quickshifter wordt geleverd met plug-and-play kabels en stekkers voor de meeste Japanse sportmotoren en voor merken zoals Ducati, Aprilia, BMW, KTM, Triumph en Moto Guzzi. Voor andere modellen wordt een universeel aansluitschema meegeleverd.

De sensor heeft compacte afmetingen (Ø 15 mm, lengte 55 mm) en is IP65 water- en stofdicht. Getest op meer dan 1.500.000 schakelmomenten bij 65 kg belasting, wat deze quickshifter geschikt maakt voor intensief straat- en circuitgebruik.
