The CNC Racing TSU02 is the ideal fuel cap core for anyone who wants to refuel quickly without a key. The curved handle sits recessed into the core but provides enough grip to open the closure with a single short twist. No need to find a loose key and no traditional locking mechanism: simply open, refuel and close again.

In addition to its practical benefits, the TSU02 is an especially attractive visual upgrade. The flowing lines of the handle, the precisely machined surface and the deep anodized color give the fuel cap a distinctive Italian racing look. Combined with a CNC Racing fuel cap flange, it creates a complete assembly that visibly elevates the standard fuel cap to a higher level.

Fast Open: quick, simple and completely keyless

The TSU02 is opened and closed by hand. The integrated handle makes tools or a key unnecessary, making this version particularly practical for frequent refueling and during track or paddock use. The handle remains neatly within the outline of the fuel cap core, keeping the design compact and refined.

Because the TSU02 has no lock, the fuel cap can also be opened by others without a key. If you want a lockable version, choose the TSU01 fuel cap core with a traditional lock or the TSU04 Fast Key with a separate operating key.

CNC-machined and fully assembled

The fuel cap core is CNC-machined from solid lightweight alloy and then given a colored anodized surface finish. The complete closure is supplied preassembled and includes the internal spring mechanism and the necessary seals.

The fuel cap flange is sold separately. This allows you to combine the core and outer flange to suit your own preferences and create a subtle or contrasting color scheme.

Please note: the TSU02 is not suitable for installation in the original fuel cap or in fuel cap flanges from other manufacturers.
