Waarom kiezen voor CNC Racing?
✓ Italian special parts with a premium look
✓ Strong choice for Ducati, Aprilia, BMW, and MV Agusta
✓ Many parts available in multiple colors
✓ Technical upgrades and visual finishing

CNC Racing stands for Italian special parts with a clear motorsport appeal. The brand is especially popular among riders who want to elevate their motorcycle both technically and visually. Think adjustable brake and clutch levers, triple clamps, footpegs, protection, reservoir caps, fuel caps, and other high-quality CNC parts.

The strength of CNC Racing lies in the combination of precision, style, and customization. Many parts are available in multiple colors or color combinations, allowing you to tailor the finish of your motorcycle to perfectly match the rest of your build.

Meer over CNC Racing

CNC Racing is an Italian brand for riders who seek more than just a standard replacement part. The collection consists of technical and aesthetic upgrades that suit sport motorcycles, naked bikes, superbikes, and exclusive builds. Especially with brands like Ducati, Aprilia, BMW, and MV Agusta, CNC Racing strongly matches the premium appearance of the motorcycle.

While some parts are primarily functional, such as brake levers, footpegs, or protection, other CNC Racing parts are ideal for finishing details. Think of reservoir caps, tank caps, bolt sets, handlebar weights, or other visible components. It is precisely these details that make the difference between a standard motorcycle and a carefully built machine.

Because many CNC Racing products are available in different colors, materials, and versions, it is important to pay close attention to the chosen variant. The current delivery time can therefore vary depending on the color or version. If you are unsure between multiple variants or want to know which version best suits your motorcycle, we are happy to assist you specifically.

Does a CNC Racing part fit directly on my motorcycle?

Many CNC Racing parts are model-specific, but always check the brand, model, year, and version. For parts with multiple variants, colors, or mounting options, an additional fit check is advisable.

Why choose CNC Racing accessories?

CNC Racing offers sporty accessories with a neat finish, a wide range of colors, and a clear focus on fit and customization. The brand is well suited for riders who want to upgrade their motorcycle both technically and visually.

MotoGP technology for maximum braking control

Direct from the world of MotoGP and WorldSBK: the CNC Racing GP brake coolers (ZA701) were developed in collaboration with a racing partner team. This is not a cosmetic carbon addition, but a functional high-performance component that actively directs additional airflow toward the brake calipers. The goal is clear: lower temperatures, more consistent braking performance, and maximum control under extreme loads.

  • Developed with a MotoGP & WorldSBK partner team
  • Up to 30–40% improved cooling of brake components
  • Autoclave-molded carbon with a matte or gloss finish
  • Targeted airflow toward the brake caliper and brake pads
  • Specific mounting kits available per model (sold separately)

Anyone who rides seriously - on the road or on the track - knows that braking performance does not depend solely on calipers, discs, and pads. Heat is the invisible opponent. During repeated hard braking, the temperature in the brake caliper and around the brake pads rises quickly. When the temperature becomes too high, the friction coefficient of the pad material decreases. We know this phenomenon as fading: you squeeze just as hard, but deceleration decreases.

The CNC Racing GP ducts are designed to actively slow down this process. Through the design of the carbon air guides, airflow is efficiently “captured” and directed toward the critical area around the brake caliper and brake pads. CNC Racing states an improvement of approximately 30–40% in cooling of the brake components. This translates into more stable performance, fewer thermal peaks, and greater confidence when braking aggressively from high speeds.

Especially on modern superbikes with high-end braking systems - such as monobloc brake calipers from Brembo or comparable high-performance setups - the bar is high. These systems deliver enormous braking power, but they also generate a great deal of heat. With these GP brake coolers, you add an element that is normally used only in racing. It is a logical next step for anyone who wants to optimize their motorcycle technically, not just upgrade its appearance.

The ZA701 set consists of two autoclave-molded carbon ducts (left and right). Autoclave production means that the carbon is cured under high pressure and temperature. This creates a highly compact fiber structure, minimal air entrapment, and an optimal strength-to-weight ratio. The result is a light, strong, and neatly finished component that can withstand the loads of high speeds and intensive braking. Available in both gloss and matte carbon, so the finish perfectly complements the appearance of your motorcycle.

A model-specific mounting kit (ZAB**) is required for installation. This is sold separately and is tailored to specific fork types and motorcycle configurations. Installation must be carried out by specialized personnel. This product was developed for competitive use and is intended for use in a racing environment or on private property.

Frequently asked questions

Is this purely a styling upgrade?
Absolutely not - but let's be honest: it does look incredible. The aggressive GP styling immediately gives your motorcycle that pure racing appearance. And the best part? It is not empty carbon showmanship. These ducts were developed to actively generate additional cooling around the brake calipers. That is exactly where form and function come together: MotoGP looks with a technical purpose.

Will I notice the difference off the track as well?
Do you ride sportily or regularly take on a fast, sweeping corner? Then you benefit from more stable temperatures and more consistent braking performance. The advantage is most noticeable on the track, but on the road it also provides an extra boost of confidence, along with an appearance that immediately makes it clear that your motorcycle is not a standard model.

Does this fit every motorcycle?
The carbon ducts require a specific mounting kit for each model and fork type. CNC Racing supplies suitable mounting kits for many models (part number ZAB**), allowing the installation to be carried out correctly and neatly. Always check whether a kit is available for your motorcycle configuration; you can find it in your motorcycle's section.

Are they suitable for public roads?
These brake coolers were developed for competitive use. Use on public roads may depend on local regulations. Technically speaking, you are adding a racing component that originates from the highest class of motorsport - and you can feel and see that.

With the CNC Racing GP brake coolers ZA701, you are choosing not only enhanced styling, but a technically substantiated upgrade that originates from the highest class of motorsport. Less heat, greater consistency, and a clear statement: this is a machine built to be ridden seriously.
