At Ilmberger, the fabrics run perfectly straight, the seams between Carbon layers are barely visible, there are no unsightly black spots in the Carbon, and efforts are even made to ensure that the weave pattern flows continuously between fairing parts. All parts are supplied ready for installation, and we guarantee a no-hassle replacement if a fairing part does not meet the requirements for installation.
Ilmberger uses a plastic coating to finish its Carbon parts, protecting them against scratches and UV radiation. This plastic coating is covered with a layer of clear lacquer, which is polished after production for a mirror-smooth, high-gloss finish.
