Not the first part you think of replacing... until you see them. These chain adjusters give the swingarm of your Tuono 660 a clean, high-end accent that visually takes the entire rear wheel to the next level. Exactly the kind of upgrade that makes you think: “That’s the finishing touch.” In addition to their attractive finish, they are functional and robust thanks to precise CNC machining and Ergal 7075.
Technical details
The set directly replaces the OEM chain adjusters (2B008847 and 2B008848) and uses the original mounting points. CNC-machined from lightweight and strong Ergal 7075, then anodised for lasting colour depth. Available in black or red. Installation by a qualified specialist is recommended; follow the workshop manual for chain slack, wheel alignment, and torque values. Anodised parts: clean with a neutral product, not acidic/alkaline degreasers and not with a pressure washer.
Great to combine
Complete the setup with the DA404 rear axle nut for a consistent, premium look around the rear axle.
Frequently asked questions
What does this upgrade add?
A sharp, high-quality accent that makes the entire rear end look neater. The precise CNC machining in Ergal also ensures smooth, dimensionally accurate operation during adjustment and maintenance.
Can I install this myself?
Yes, the fit is plug-in. However, please note: correct chain tension and wheel alignment are essential. Use a torque wrench and carefully check the alignment after installation.
How do I keep the finish looking good?
Clean with lukewarm water and a neutral cleaning product. Avoid aggressive (acidic or alkaline) degreasers and pressure washers to keep the anodised layer intact.
