Chain and Sprocket Kit

Complete chain kits for a reliable motorcycle drive

Replace chain, front sprocket, and rear sprocket as one technically compatible combination

The chain and sprockets transfer the engine power directly to the rear wheel. These parts wear in together during riding and endure high loads with every acceleration. With a complete chain kit, you replace the entire secondary drive at once and prevent mixing new and worn parts.

  • Complete combination of chain, front sprocket, and rear sprocket
  • Model-specific chain size, length, and sprocket fit
  • Choice of standard ratios and selected alternatives
  • Kits with chains and sprockets from specialized brands
  • Technical replacement with various color and material options

In this collection, you will find complete chain kits for various motorcycles. The range includes combinations of DID chains with SuperSprox sprockets and SuperSprox Black Out kits with RK chains. Depending on the version, different chain colors, sprocket constructions, and gear ratios are available.

A chain kit is not a universal product. The chain size, number of links, tooth count, and mounting of both sprockets must exactly match the motorcycle and the existing sprocket carrier.

Why replace chain and sprockets together?

A used chain and used sprockets develop a specific wear pattern together. If only the chain is replaced and the worn sprockets remain, the new chain can wear out prematurely.

Therefore, inspect the entire drive. Sharp or unevenly worn teeth, stuck chain links, and uneven chain stretch are signs that replacing the complete set is advisable.

Chain size and sprocket ratio

Many motorcycles use a 520 or 525 chain. The chain and both sprockets must always have the same sizing. A loose 520 chain cannot be correctly mounted on sprockets designed for 525.

The number of teeth is also important. Maintaining the original ratio usually preserves the familiar character. A smaller front sprocket or larger rear sprocket can make acceleration more direct but increases engine speed at the same road speed. A changed ratio can also affect chain length, wear, and speedometer accuracy.

Installation, rivet link, and adjustment

Many powerful motorcycles use a rivet link. This must be correctly installed with suitable chain tools. A link that is too loose or over-riveted can seriously affect the reliability and safety of the drive.

After installation, adjust the chain slack according to the motorcycle specifications and check the rear wheel alignment. Regularly lubricate the chain and recheck the tension after the new set has run its first kilometers.
