Bolts & Fasteners for the Wheel Section of Your Motorcycle

Combine a high-quality finish with the right fastening around wheels, axles, brakes, and drive

The wheel section determines how a motorcycle steers, brakes, and maintains contact with the road surface. Fastening materials around the front and rear axle, brake discs, and rear sprockets therefore have a more important function than just adding a color accent. In this collection, you will find model-specific bolts, nuts, and sets for various parts of the wheel section.

  • Model-specific fastenings for wheels, axles, and drive
  • Front axle nuts, rear axle nuts, and rear sprocket nut sets
  • Titanium bolt sets for, among others, brake discs
  • Precisely CNC-machined aluminum and titanium versions
  • Technical fit combined with a sporty finish

In the range, you will find front and rear axle nuts, bolt sets for brake discs, and nut sets for rear sprockets or specific sprocket carriers. These parts are located in highly visible positions around the wheels and swingarm. A version in black, red, gold, silver, or titanium can therefore become both a technical and visual part of the motorcycle build.

The parts found are mainly from CNC Racing. Depending on the application, they are made from CNC-machined aluminum or titanium. The choice of material, dimensions, and construction are tailored to the specific part for which the product is developed.

Axle Nuts, Brake Disc Bolts & Sprocket Nuts

A front or rear axle nut secures an essential part of the wheel assembly. The correct thread, sizing, and locking must exactly match the motorcycle. Aftermarket axle nuts are therefore model-specific parts and should not be chosen just because the outer diameter or wrench size happens to match.

Brake disc bolts are subjected to thermal and mechanical stress and require extra attention during installation. Use only a set explicitly suitable for the specific brake disc and motorcycle. Rear sprocket nuts must also fit the sprocket carrier used. Some sets are specially developed for a CNC Racing quick-change system and are not replacements for the original nuts.

Check the Complete Configuration

Before ordering, check the motorcycle model, year of manufacture, thread size, and exact mounting position. For parts around the rear sprocket, also check whether the motorcycle still has the original sprocket carrier or is equipped with an aftermarket version.

For a single-sided swingarm, pay close attention to the difference between the wheel side and the sprocket side. These use different parts that are not interchangeable. Also, check whether the product is supplied individually or as a complete set.

Installation According to Technical Specifications

For fastening materials in the wheel section, always use the prescribed tightening torque. Applying more force does not automatically mean a safer connection and can damage threads, aluminum parts, or the bolt itself.

Also check whether thread locking, grease, or assembly paste is prescribed. This varies by material and application. If in doubt, have work on wheel axles, brake discs, and drive parts performed by a qualified mechanic. After installation, locking, free wheel movement, and the correct position of all parts must be carefully checked.
