Motor Bolts, Nuts, and Bolt Sets for Engineering and Finishing
Replace standard fasteners with model-specific parts featuring high-quality fit and appearance
Bolts and nuts may seem like small details, but they are found throughout a motorcycle. They secure fairing parts, covers, brake discs, triple clamps, wheels, sprockets, and various accessories. In this collection, you will find individual motor bolts, nuts, and complete bolt sets for both visible finishing and technically important applications.
- Model-specific bolts and nuts for various motorcycle parts
- Choice of individual fasteners and complete bolt sets
- Versions made from CNC-machined aluminum and titanium
- Various colors and finishes for a personalized look
- Direct replacements and parts for specific aftermarket components
The range includes bolt sets for fairing parts, tank covers, air intakes, fenders, and engine covers. Additionally, you will find more technically important parts such as axle nuts, brake disc bolts, triple clamp bolts, and nut sets for rear sprockets. Some of these parts directly replace the original fasteners, while others are intended solely for use with specific aftermarket components.
Many of the motor bolts and nuts found here come from CNC Racing. These parts are precisely milled from solid material and are available in various versions. Anodised aluminum is widely used for visible finishing parts, while titanium is mainly applied in more exclusive and technically heavily loaded fastenings.
From subtle color accents to technical fasteners
Not every bolt serves the same function. A colored bolt set for a side panel, tank cover, or air intake is mainly chosen to visually enhance the motorcycle. Such parts provide a subtle color accent and can be beautifully combined with other anodised accessories.
For axle nuts, brake disc bolts, and fastenings around the drivetrain, the technical function is paramount. Here, dimensions, thread pitch, material properties, locking, and the correct tightening torque are essential. Therefore, never choose these parts solely based on color or appearance.
Check size, thread, and application
A bolt that looks the same is not automatically interchangeable. Always check the diameter, length, thread pitch, head shape, and exact application. Even within one motorcycle series, fasteners can vary by model or year of manufacture.
Also, pay attention to the scope of delivery. Some products are sold individually, while others consist of a complete set with bolts, nuts, washers, or spacers. For bolt sets for aftermarket parts, it must be checked whether the set is also suitable for original components.
Proper installation prevents damage
Always use appropriate and undamaged tools. Especially anodised aluminum bolts can be visibly damaged if the wrong tool is used or if it slips. First, screw the fastener in by hand to prevent thread damage.
For technically loaded connections, always adhere to the prescribed tightening torque and required locking method. Do not reuse lock nuts, lock washers, or other parts when the motorcycle or parts manufacturer prescribes replacement. When in doubt, have installation around brakes, wheels, or the running gear performed by an experienced motorcycle specialist.
