This CNC Racing quickshifter was developed for riders who want to upshift faster, more precisely and more consistently without using the clutch. During gear changes, the system briefly cuts the ignition or fuel injection, allowing the next gear to engage smoothly without interrupting power delivery.

The quickshifter uses load-cell technology (strain gauge). Instead of a mechanical switch, the sensor precisely measures how much force is applied to the shift lever. This ensures highly accurate and repeatable operation, regardless of riding style or load.

Load-cell technology & signal outputs

The sensor can detect both pressure (push) and tension (pull), making it suitable for various shift configurations and mounting positions.

• Digital output – configurable as a normally open or normally closed circuit
  Suitable for standalone use or in combination with Dynojet Power Commander and RapidBike modules
• Analog output (0–5V) – configurable in one or both directions
  Measuring range: 0–100 kgf, suitable for data loggers such as Marelli, Motec and similar systems

The quickshifter also supports a direct cut of fuel injection or ignition, depending on the selected connection.

Advanced shift logic

• Compushift function (can be disabled): automatically determines the optimum kill time for each upshift based on engine load, rpm and acceleration
  Choice of more than 500 kill times within a range of 20–180 ms
• Smoothshift function: reduces shock loads on the gearbox and chain and helps limit traction loss during upshifts
• Adjustable kill time (40–99 ms)
• Programmable rpm threshold for activation

Monitoring & reliability

• Can always be recalibrated
• Records Max Load (maximum measured load)
• Displays Current Load (current load) via integrated LED display
• Failure Check warning in the event of a malfunction
• Automatic compensation for temperature, vibration and material behavior

Installation & compatibility

The quickshifter is supplied with plug-and-play cables and connectors for most Japanese sport motorcycles and for brands such as Ducati, Aprilia, BMW, KTM, Triumph and Moto Guzzi. A universal wiring diagram is included for other models.

The sensor has compact dimensions (Ø 15 mm, length 55 mm) and is IP65 water- and dust-resistant. Tested for more than 1,500,000 shifts at a load of 65 kg, making this quickshifter suitable for intensive street and track use.
