OEM Harley-Davidson rims are heavy. A "3.5 x 19” Enforcer front wheel, for example, weighs approximately 11.2 kg. The BST Torque TEK version weighs just 3.5–3.8 kg. The rear wheels are also considerably lighter: an OEM "5.5 x 16” weighs around 11–12 kg, while the BST "5.5 x 18” Torque TEK weighs only 4.3 kg. That means a weight saving of up to 60%.

Like other BST models, the Torque TEK is manufactured from prepreg carbon fiber, cured in an autoclave under high pressure and temperature. The hubs are made of CNC-machined aluminum (6082 T6), accurate to the hundredth of a millimeter. The result is a wheel that is not only lighter, but also stronger and more durable than OEM.
The Torque TEK meets all strict standards: TÜV, JASO, DOT E and JWL. This makes the wheels suitable for daily use, long touring trips and even track days. Each wheel is individually tested.
The Torque TEK is a direct OEM replacement. This means no major modifications are required. OEM brake discs and TPMS sensors fit directly. When ordering, it is important to always check that you select the correct wheel size for your Harley model and model year. We are happy to advise you.
