This EVR 12-tooth clutch basket was developed as a high-quality replacement for the original Ducati clutch basket on motorcycles with a dry clutch. Like the OEM basket, this part is also a wear item, but thanks to its material selection and finish, this EVR basket generally lasts longer than the standard version.
On Ducati motorcycles with a dry clutch, the clutch plates gradually create notches in the clutch basket. This is a common and unavoidable phenomenon with this type of clutch. As wear increases, the plates may move less freely, which can result in:
- irregular clutch engagement
- less smooth shifting
- a somewhat harsher feel when pulling away
The EVR clutch basket is CNC-machined from high-quality aluminium with precise dimensions and a high-quality surface finish. This allows the clutch plates to move freely for longer and ensures that wear progresses more gradually and predictably than with the original basket.
12-tooth design and broad compatibility
The 12-tooth configuration makes this clutch basket suitable for use with:

The basket can be combined with the original clutch hub, but it also works seamlessly with the Ducati Performance, EVR slipper clutch, or aftermarket slipper clutch hubs. This makes it suitable for both road use and more spirited riding.

Installation
The EVR 12-tooth clutch basket is designed for plug & play installation on the original clutch backing plate and uses the original mounting bolts. No modifications are required, but correct installation requires technical expertise. Installation by an experienced mechanic is recommended.
